JOHN FUDA

CHIEF OPERATOR & DIRECTOR

Jonathan started working at a young age, helping his family own and operate FUDA TILE and Marble CO with five locations spread throughout Bergen County. Imbued with an entrepreneurial spirit, Jonathan also opened his own construction business, which operated from 2006-2012.

In 2011, Jonathan was presented the opportunity to learn the parking industry from Tristate Elite Valet, where he used his past knowledge and skill set to help rapidly grow the company. In late 2013, Jonathan opened Royal Building Services.

Jonathan is a visionary who uses a combination of experience, intuition, and ingenuity to efficiently grow profitable business ventures for both himself and those he deals with. He possesses experience in employee management, operation management, sales, negotiations, and revenue control.

JOSEPH MURPHY

Dealership General Manager

Joseph held a variety of jobs before fully immersing himself in the Valet Parking industry. As a former Paramedic for the FDNY, Joseph was trained in many areas dealing with leadership, teamwork, and perseverance.

Joseph started with Envy Parking in 2014 as an Operations Director. Envy Parking quickly expanded in the tristate area by 2016. Joseph grew the company to over 150 employees and 20+ valet accounts. Joseph and John decided to combine knowledge and experience in the beginning of 2017 to become the preferred valet vendor for car dealerships in the tristate area.

Joseph graduated from Long Island University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine.
