Royal Gatehouse Attendants

As a type of security guard, a gate attendant has duties and responsibilities as a customer service liaison to guests.

Our attendants can provide information regarding parking and access to the base area, traffic control, and ensuring safety and order at the gatehouse.

Daily duties may include signing visitors in, providing directions, handling deliveries, and operating an x-ray machine, metal detector, or gate locks, as well as observe, report, and communicate relevant information to co-workers and supervisors.

While keeping meticulous records, our attendants react promptly to problems or emergencies, prevent theft, and settle disputes by managing any complaints.
